No, you do not need to create an account in order to purchase.
Orders placed Saturday through Tuesday are shipped on Wednesday.
Orders placed Wednesday through Friday are shipped on Saturday.

We take appointments Tuesday through Saturday 9AM-4PM.

- Merchandise may only be returned within 14 days of the date of arrival to you.
- Returned items must remain un-worn. Original tags must be attached. Items with pet hair, make up, deodorant marks, or perfumes will not be eligible for return.
- Copy of receipt available (email is fine)
- All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Customer is responsible for cost of shipping and handling of returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For proof of delivery and for your records, please note the tracking number of your return package, if applicable.
- Returns will be issued in the form of a store credit which has no expiration date.
TO MAKE A RETURN:
1. Please refer to the Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

3. Please send your package to the address listed below.
4. Once your package is received please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return.

Product FAQs
All of our materials are sourced secondhand.
We procure most of our wares from thrift stores, garage sales and estate sales.
All materials are washed prior to being utilized in merchandise.
Remnants are saved for future use and as often as possible we include a small swatch of self material with each purchase to be used as a detergent tester or even a reusable exfoliating pad.
To increase the longevity of your purchase, we recommend washing on the gentlest cycle possible, by hand or at your local eco-conscious dry cleaner.
As often as possible we include a swatch of self fabric so customers can test any cleaning products prior to applying to the garment.
As often as is possible, we document the fiber content from existing labels at the time of purchase. Then we label those items accordingly after construction.
Materials that have no label at the time they are sourced are burn tested, but we are not able to definitively determine fiber content in a sustainable way.
Items of unknown fiber content are labeled “fabric upcycled content unknown.” If you would like to know the results of a burn test prior to purchase, please inquire and we will give you our most educated guess re: natural v. synthetic v. blend.
